How do retailers use agentic AI?

So for retailers, um there’s a couple of uh ways they would use it. So first of all, uh with retail media, especially with certain retailers that are relatively new to retail media, their uh brands may just want them to run a retail media campaign. So they end up having to take up a lot of the work of producing the ads and running it on their platforms and so on. So that’s a pretty big lift. So a lot of retailers are looking to automate that. Obviously large retailers like Amazon and Walmart have that automation built already, but if you’re a midsize retailer or even anyone smaller than those two, you have to take that on yourself and often hire teams to do it. And if it’s a very manual process that’s not been automated, it translates to a lot of cost. So while you might be getting new revenue from retail media, you might end up spending all that money on the resources that it takes to execute these campaigns. So those retailers are trying to basically implement platforms that can automate and scale the process, right?
